Rule 864 — TOP Cancellation

  1. (a)The foreman must advise the RTC of the TOP number to be cancelled;
  2. (b)the RTC must state the TOP number and limits of the TOP to be cancelled which must be acknowledged as correct by the foreman;
  3. (c)the RTC will state the TOP number, “cancelled” and the initials of the RTC which must be repeated by the foreman; and
  4. (d)the cancellation does not take effect until it has been correctly repeated and acknowledged by the foreman.
