Rule 310 — Multiple Work Authorities

1. (a)Two or more work authorities may be issued within the same or overlapping limits. Each train or transfer must be restricted by its clearance to protect against each other.
2. (b)Conductors and locomotive engineers authorized to work must have a thorough understanding, in writing, as to the specific operation of each work train or transfer and the protection to be provided.
