Rule L

Wherever the following occupational names or titles appear in these rules, special instructions, or general operating instructions, they apply to the employee, who is qualified and is responsible for performing the duties of: conductor, assistant conductor, flagman, foreman, locomotive engineer, pilot, rail traffic controller, signalman, snow plow foreman, sub-foreman, switchtender.
