Rule 134 — Designation of Movements

1. (a)GBO , clearance or other authority, will be addressed to those who are to execute and observe them. Addresses will be clear and concise and leave no doubt as to whom they are addressed.
2. (b)In the body of a GBO or other authority where positive identification is required, the engine number must be included in the designation.
3. (c)When the locomotive number is used in the designation, it must, when practicable be the leading locomotive. The number lights of the designated locomotive only will be illuminated at all times.
